How much does it cost to ship overseas?
The cost of shipping will be calculated when you insert your address at the checkout. We use Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to deliver in 3-4 working days within Europe and 6-7 days worldwide, or Royal Mail International Economy, which takes 2-12 weeks for delivery.
I’m having difficulty reading the page-turning PDF version on my iPad/table – can you help?
If you’re reading the PDF version on an iPad or another tablet, you might get better results by downloading it first (click the three dots in the bottom left of the screen under the flip book/page-turning version, and choose ‘Download’).
I don’t seem to have received the access details for the digital version – what should I do?
In the first instance, please check your Spam folder as some emails have ended up in there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll send it out again. We’ve also had a couple of instances where emails still don’t go through to a customer’s email address and they’ve had to provide an alternative email address.
I bought an annual subscription previously. Does it automatically renew?
No your subscription doesn’t automatically renew. All subscriptions have now been fully fulfilled. We stopped selling subscriptions after issue 5. If you bought a subscription that started on issue 5, it included (and was priced for) three issues – 5, 6 and 7 – and it’s now ended.
How can I cancel my subscription?
All annual subscriptions have now been fully fulfilled so cancellations are no longer applicable. We no longer sell subscriptions (see more below).

We recommend that you pre-order future single print issues when they go on sale, to ensure you secure your copy. If you’re on our mailing list (you can join it at the bottom of our homepage or you’re added to it when you place an order), we’ll notify you when they go on sale. You can also check out back-issue bundles in our shop.
