How much does it cost to ship overseas?
The cost of shipping will be calculated when you insert your address at the checkout. We use Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to deliver in 3-4 working days within Europe and 6-7 days worldwide, or Royal Mail International Economy, which takes 2-12 weeks for delivery.
Can I pay in a way other than PayPal?
Yes. Once you get to the checkout, there’s an option to pay with your bank card via secure payments handled by Stripe for WooCommerce. You can find out more about our privacy policy and links to PayPal’s and Stripe’s here. If you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer to our account, please contact us for the details.
I’m having difficulty reading the page-turning PDF version on my iPad/table – can you help?
If you’re reading the PDF version on an iPad or another tablet, you might get better results by downloading it first (click the three dots in the bottom left of the screen under the flip book/page-turning version, and choose ‘Download’).
I don’t seem to have the access details for the page-turning PDF version or website version – what should I do?
In the first instance, please check your Spam folder as some emails have ended up in there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll send it out again. We’ve also had a couple of instances where emails still don’t go through to a customer’s email address and they’ve had to provide an alternative email address.
I see that you’re changing to a triannual publishing schedule in 2023. What happens if I’ve purchased an annual subscription before this change was announced (in October 2022)?
You’ll still receive four issues as part of your subscription, even if some of them are published in 2023.
I bought an annual subscription previously. Does it automatically renew?
No your subscription doesn’t automatically renew.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Just contact us to let us know and we’ll organise to do that and refund you any monies due.
