As a fairly experienced mosaic artist returning to Scotland, it was a welcome surprise to find Studio 164 in Falkirk. Rhona has created a very welcoming environment to meet like minded people and get creative. The Studio is easy to reach, as Falkirk is well served by motorways and public transport. Free parking is available very close by.
Studio 164 has had an impressive array of master mosaic artists visiting this year. I loved every minute of the Marble Mosaic course led by the hugely talented Mieke Ceusters in April and look forward to trying other mosaic styles there in the future. Studio 164 is an excellent resource and no matter what your level of experience I am sure the lovely Rhona and her guest artists will inspire you.

Had a great day at the studio and looking forward to going back to another class.

I did a mosaic on slate workshop at Studio 164 in May. It was so much fun. Rhona is a great teacher, and friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend it. In addition to having a great day, you’ll leave with a beautiful piece of art!

I’ve attended quite a few of Rhona’s mosaic classes and I absolutely love them. She is a fantastic tutor with no end of patience and helpful suggestions to ensure you create a mosaic that you will be proud of. Her studio is just lovely. Easily accessible and a lovely space to create your masterpieces and meet other like minded people. A great experience as soon as you walk in the door. Can’t wait to go back.

I and a friend have been to several mosaic classes hosted by Rhona, and we absolutely love taking part. We always have a fun day and come away with our very own mosaic ‘masterpieces’. Rhona is a great tutor, very helpful and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommend these classes to anyone starting out in this craft. You will learn a lot.
